You will have a very warm welcome upon arrival, greeted by the Team showing you around the beautiful coach house; here you will be spending the next two nights in our luxurious accommodation.

Accommodation

The Fitness Retreats take place at Plas Cadnant on the Isle of Anglesey in North Wales, often referred to as one of the most amazing retreats to be found on Anglesey.

Food and Nutrition

The meals at Bespoke Fitness Retreats are simple home cooked food, easy to prepare, tasty and healthy. This is to give you an idea of how quick, easy food can still be healthy and taste good. Our beautifully cooked, freshly prepared meals use seasonal and (where possible) organic ingredients sourced mainly from local shops, markets and farmers, and can be tailored to any dietary requirements. All prepared and cooked for on site, there is plenty of choice and unlike most Boot Camps you won’t be starved to achieve your fitness/weight loss goals, nor will you be bored by the same bland meals every day. We’ll give you all the tools you need in order to continue eating a healthy well balanced diet at home after you leave the retreat.
